WAN Education Display:Mary Browder, WAN Executive Director shown with a Network display highlighting the rapidly expanding numbers of HIV infections worldwide, in the U.S. and Virginia. WAN is an important presence in Southeastern Virginia, the area with highest HIV/AIDS incidence in the State.
HIV/AIDS Education & Testing Programs
The goal of the Education Program is to provide knowledge and skills to individuals and community agencies within the WAN service area and to assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of HIV/AIDS prevention programs.

WAN Education Progam
WAN offers single and multiple session programs providing participants with the knowledge and skills they need to reduce or prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS and encourage HIV counseling and testing.
